Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data zabb collects, how it is used, and your rights over it.

What we collect

We collect your email address, encrypted playlist credentials, sync data (favorites, watch history, EPG preferences), and device identifiers. We do not collect payment card details — these are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

We use your data exclusively to provide the zabb service: authentication, cross-device sync, billing, and support. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.

Encryption

Playlist credentials are end-to-end encrypted. We store only ciphertext and cannot read your provider usernames or passwords.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Account → Data. Account deletion is immediate and permanent.
